Is it OK to carry a voice recorder while walking to the polls, and inside the polls?

Better be, I'll have one with me . . . . just printed up 20 flyers as well.

Might as well polish up the old stainless S&W as well. Closest thing I got to a BBQ gun.
Cross post from PAFOA. Oced to vote today, and no one said a word. I'm not even sure I got any strange looks. My anti gun neighborhood, and a LEO who showed up while I was standing in line and made no mention of it.
My GF and I both Open Carried today as we voted.... where did all these people come from.

No negative incidents

Did get to talk with one older gentleman who asked if it was legal or I was security....LOL Told him I wasn't security and that it was perfectly legal. We talked for a while about the Election and he told me he was scared that Obama would win. I think most old people are, the ones old enough to remember the Depression, WW II and the nazi's, the communism of the 50's/60's and watching Walter Cronkite on the news and the race riots of the later 60's..... Gave him a PA Gunrights Flyer as well, he told me he has a LTCF. and has been considering carrying again, told him I understood perfectly.

GF did have one 30 somethig woman jump back away from her after noticing her gun... LOL
Voted today in Hazleton... got a few looks but no comments or anything... in and out in about 10 minutes.....
The deed is done - not a peep from anyone.

we're probably all given your picture before the polls opened, and had a lawyer on speed dial.

Looks like I may need to get out of Philly just to carry at all since I got the dreaded pink slip from the post office notifying me that I have a registered letter waiting for me. I "Think" I may have been denied my ltcf but I'll find out tomorrow. Sad

Glad no one is having problems OCing at the polls.Smile
Myself and Pennsyplinker OC voted today without a hitch. I was hoping to be in and out quickly, but I ran in to several people I knew, and ended up talking for 10 minutes or so, inside the church, BEFORE I even got in the sanctuary where the voting machines were. I was HIGHLY visible to everyone coming in the church, and not one word was said. I even chatted with one of my daughters friends mothers, while I was getting logged in. She was seated, so her face was directly in line with my weapon, in a tan leather holster, so I know she had to have seen it, but to my surprise, she just kept on talking and smiling at me. Three constables were on duty, also, and they said nothing either. I guess the word is getting out about the legality of open carry, or else people's eyesight is getting worse. I had spent the last 11.5hrs, 7:00am till 6:30pm at our polling place in Burrell Township Fire Hall, Armstrong County and handed out 200 FOAC Voters Guides and Pa Gun Rights fliers as well as campaign material for Tom Corbet, and Bill Russell. OCing the whole day. Most people didn’t know that OC was legal. It was a good day as I got to meet a lot of neighbors I had never met.
