OC in Federal Parks
OK, time to open this can of worms....
The new law appears to imply that firearms shall be allowed federal parks in compliance with the state law in which each individual park resides. Additional verbage (i don't have it at this time) mentions concealed carry in particular. Anyone have guidance on this one...? Also, I believe carry (concealed or otherwise) will still be prohibited in federal facilities i.e. visitor centors, bathrooms??, post offices??,, etc.., What say you? |

The park ranger works for the corp. It is privite property owned by the Corp and opened up to the public. They can make thier own rules the same as you can at your own home. Many people get confused because most maps call it a state park. The state does not own it. An armed man is a citizen. An unarmed man is a subject: Unknown |

RE: OC in Federal Parks
Carrying is legal open,( or concealed with a valid LTCF) in Federal recreational lands, national, and state parks in compliance with state laws. Simple! Just no Federal building as stated before.
