Pending Lawsuits for Preemption?
Are there any pending or recently settled lawsuits for preemption violations in PA municipalities?

I've been looking at our borough code and I want to know if any other municipalities have been recently sued by someone for a preemption violation or because they were wrongly detained/arrested because of a preemption violation.
